More and more Nokia N96 on eBay

I really don’t get it, and it’s not even funny anymore. Few weeks ago, bloggers like Darla Mack, Symbian-Guru, and others reported people selling free email addresses from Nokia N96, and people actually buying them.

These auction “experts” have gone in-depth in their technique, and bought the domain nokian96.info and selling emails from it.

You can check this wacky auction here: Nokia N96 on eBay

Do tell us what you think about these type of auctions, and if you think this is legitimate earning.

  1. I think is legitimate…if somebody is dumb enough sell it..then somebody must be dumb enough tou buy it..

  2. I don’t think the seller is dumb, he/she is rather smart, I believe the buyer us gullible

  3. Yet another craze. Interestingly enough, the guy who owns n95blog.com is selling his domain. In the mean time, you can find several sites that have the words n82 or n96 and blog in them. This is all about seo, imho, and hey, it’s ok with me. Until I’m totally confused by which is which (that doesn’t seem to be too far away).
As for email addresses…if people are stupid enough to hundreds and hundreds of dollars/euros/pounds on, say, the iPhone, why not? Surely there will be buyers. But that’s their problem.🙂

  4. True that…Sometimes the whole blog thing doesn’t have to be SEO, just the people’s passion for the device, and they feel it’s their own. Enjoy your weekend Vlad

  5. only stupid will answer to stupid. Does that make me stupid too!! Anyway N96 is the new craze untill nokia aneon

  6. You mean Nokia Aeon…which was just a concept

  7. There are a lot of Cloned N96 handsets on ebay at the moment. Even a cloned Aeon model.

  8. Too many China made N96 on ebay. If you read the description carefully, you can see all kind of mistake. People are stupid to buy the website, but then again, it’s a very smart way to make quick bucks.
